Swithing units ELFIStor 2SC

Switching units ELFIStor 3SK are intended for contactless electric power control in AC power ciruits using the so called method switching at zero. Applied mainly where the long durability of switches is required and minimum EMI caused by current surge when the contact is switched on or off.

The most common applications include power control electrical heating devices, such as electric stoves or heaters with high powers. Replacing of contators with mehanical contacts by Elfistor 2SC units the reliability will be improved and maintanance costs will be reduced. The main fields of application are the metallurgy, glass, ceramics, food, and construction of electric furnaces.
